What is a reasonable amount of time to expect to complete a buy/sell transaction? When I am actively selling or buying books online, I try to check my email frequently. Of course, I am usually at home and that is not difficult for me to do unless there is a rare time when I am away from home for a day, but I still check in the A.M. and P.M. I have had several who say they want to buy something from me, and then I am waiting a day or two to hear from them again. When others ask about the same books, I try to say that the sale is pending, but it is tempting to sell it when they request payment info, I send them my paypal address and I get no payment, and no address for confirmation in over 24 hours. I've also been on the other end trying to buy someone's books and they take their sweet time responding. I really like to know if something is available or not so I know if I still need to look for it, etc. I realize that many people have a life, but if you are going to do business online, shouldn't you at least check your email AT LEAST daily?
