I ordered some books from Karen (marchamom). I told her I had never ordered anything on-line before, didn't use paypal, had no idea how to proceed. She walked me through the process, kept me up to date as to when she received the check, and sent the supplies immediately. Sure enough, they arrived via media mail 5 days later! Thanks for your help, Karen, I truly appreciate it!
