We are all in a Race For Life! Even if you don't view yourself as a competitor, you still need to know how to take care of your most important possession, your body.
This fitness manual tells you how to set (and re-set) your goals in life by using a technique that makes "hard" seem easy! You'll find out how to evaluate information, how to separate myth from truth, and sort out all the health claims that are being put out in ads and tapes. The goal of most of the ads is to separate you from your money, and you've got to be smarter than they are to not fall for these claims.
The author, Dr. Heidrich, had to "go out on a limb" in seeking a way to reverse her relatively advanced cancer. She defied what her oncologists (and everybody else) said and turned out to be one of the fittest women in the world as measured by the famed Cooper Clinic in Dallas, Texas. You may have to provide your own support and here's how to do it.
Since what you eat is of such critical importance, Dr. Heidrich explains in no uncertain terms how certain foods wreak havoc in the body and how the best foods for health are the most delicious.
You'll also learn the secrets of getting yourself to exercise! You'll find yourself having fun, looking forward to the next exercise session, and see real results quickly.
Then you'll find out how the major diseases of this country, heart disease, cancer, osteoporosis, arthritis, etc., are not only curable and reversible, but also preventable. You really do owe it to yourself to check out these two books. Thousands have and have said their lives have been changed forever!
