Hi. I have a low pulse rate (59 to 64 resting). I do step aerobics three nights a week (1/2 hour vigorous step and 1/2 hour floor exercises), I ride a life cycle at the gym twice a week (4 1/2 miles each time) and I try to walk 2 to 5 miles a week. I sit all day at my job. Should I be concerned about a low pulse rate?
