Hi there, I have just found out yesterday that I have an enlarged heart, my doctor advised me to lose weight (I'm about 3stone overweight for my height), he advised a daily calorie intake of 1500, and also to take half an hour's walk every day, he said in my case this could bring my heart back to normal. My blood pressure is also raised, but not severe enough to take tablets. I hope this is of some help to you.
