Be careful should you find yourself using mustard like butter, on toast with
hummus, on baked potatoes, etc. etc. Perhaps three tablespoons a day. That is
certainly NOT < 0.5gms of fat.
Anne Esselstyn in Esselstyn's book is very clear on the dangers of reading the
label on packages VERY VERY carefully. But that still won't catch that mistake,
because as Dr. Pinckney says, the fat is IN the 'mustard seed,' listed on the
package. A Gotcha.
Ask me how I know. DOH!
