I'm not on this diet or anything, but I am always trying to find ways to get greens into my diet as they are so good to eat. Just some ideas:

In the morning I make a potato "stir-fry" using panspray and include any vegetables I have in the house -- onions, peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, and cut up collard greens, kale or other greens are really great in this. A little bit of nutritional yeast is good for flavor and B vitamins, and a splash of liquid braggs aminos gives a great flavor.

The smoothie idea is good, too. I am also fairly addicted to parsley, if you get good green parsley, not light green bitter parsley, you can just eat it as a snack, I love it.

There is also a recipe floating around here for baked kale, you can take kale, wash and dry it really well, tear it into pieces and bake it in the oven with garlic powder at a high temperature for five minutes or so until it's dry. Yummy!

Of course greens are easy to put into soups of all kinds, just cut them up small, and they're also good in lasagne, try collard greens and kale.
