It's usually safe to assume the nutrition facts on the labels of reputable US and Canadian manufacturers are accurate. Products that are imported are another story.

I use a soy milk that comes in powdered form, and I mix it with water when I need it. It comes in a number of flavors, but I prefer the one that tastes like plain milk. The "Original" is 20% CFF, and the "Lite" is about half that. The brand is "Better Than Milk" - it comes in oatmeal size canisters and can be found in many bulk food places, too.
