It's great that you're working so hard to be 100% compliant. Your efforts will pay off.
When you compare the 9g of sugar in a glass of soy milk to the 39g of sugar in a can of Coke, you'll see that it really isn't a very big amount, roughly about a half a teaspoon.
That doesn't mean that all nine grams are from cane, beet or corn sugar - some of it will originate in the natural sugars that occur in soy beans (and almost all earth crops).
Unless one has to limit sugar for a specific condition, such as diabetes, the amount of sugar in two or three servings a day of soy milk should not be a problem for a reversal diet.
