As I was grinding my grain and mixing my pancake batter. I noticed that baking powder has lots of sodium. Is the sodium in this form a concern the same as sodium in table salt? Serving size is 1/8 teaspoon with 60g of sodium. Yikes that makes my one full teaspoon a lot of sodium.
