It's true that we are all different and that some people will realize quicker or greater benefits than others from a reversal program.
The related research that has been published in peer-review journals indicates that almost all those who followed the program fully had objective evidence of reversal (not simply arresting the condition).
In my experience, the degree of benefit is more a factor of the amount of compliance than it is of individual condition or chemistry.
In any case, following a reversal lifestyle program saves lives, whether it prevents progression or reverses the disease. Either way, it's worth the effort.
