| Subject: | Reversal vs Arrest |

I'm curious as to why some people apparently arrest the disease (no progress) and others apparently reverse (undo the disease).
I recognize that to some extent arresting does reverse to the extent that heart attack is avoided, and also that some repair of endothelium takes place.
Plainly though, some people do better on this than others. The chemistry of one person vs another is likely part of it, but should some people expect NOT to reverse and only to arrest no matter how compliant?
