Prepared yellow mustard has about 52% calories from fat, but most people consume it in such small amounts that there isn't a problem for low fat diets.
One teaspoon of mustard contains about 3 calories, of which 1.6 are from fat. But that's only 0.2 grams of fat. Not enough to raise a veggie hot dog and whole wheat bun significantly higher in the percentage of calories from fat.
