In searching the database, there was a person who asked this question, but I can't seem to see either the question or answer...perhaps a problem with the discussion database...or my browser...so: How much fat is in mustard? It says zero and I understand it isn't so. I love mustard, and assume that if I stick to a the portion of a tsp, that I should get no more than .5g of fat, yes? I eat fat free (or very low fat) soy dogs, and I've got to have some mustard, but I want to know if in limited quantity I can fit this into my reversal diet. thx, mark
