I can tell you that of the more than 750 people who went through my ten-week support groups, almost all had their angina reduced to few if any events by the tenth week. In follow ups, very few who faithfully followed the program reported any angina after two or three months.

In my own case, with 100, 90 and 85 percent blockages, it took almost a year for me to totally eliminate any trace of angina - and that was 15 years ago.
