The Wellness Forum will be broadcasting live from its center in Columbus, Ohio, using video stream technology. You’ll be able to watch these programs on your laptop, PC, cell phone or any other receiver, and you’ll be able to ask questions by simply typing them in on your keyboard – they’ll show up on a monitor in our classroom and we can give you answers during the session.

Tofu II with Chef Del
In this second class on tofu we will look at ways to make dinner more exciting with a variety of delicious tofu entrees that will get more soy on your family table. Del’s got all the secrets for delicious casseroles and easy recipes that make a healthy dinner a joy to prepare instead of a burden!
