This weekend my husband (the carnivore) and I hosted a BBQ throwdown. Our two teams (mine vegan, his carnivore) had to create four courses: Starter, main, dessert and bonus beverage round for five judges (and all our othe friends) to taste and rate based on flavor, creativity and plating.

Talk about a whirlwind weekend! Neither team had any idea what we had gotten ourselves into.

The end result? Team veg won... of course!!
