For Noodle Nose's 'graduation' week, I am letting him select the dinner menu. One problem: there is only so much macaroni and cheese this gal can handle...
So with a little help in the options department, he selected these lovely and super tasty little vegan taquitos, inspired by the gross fried and meat filled version you might find in your grocer's freezer.
These were fantastic! Fun to eat, flavorful and much better for you. A perfect meal for kids of all ages!
