I call this post 'Raw Tomatillo Salsa (and the burritos that served them)'. Because, although the burritos were delicious, the tomatillo salsa was the star of the show.

Either way, it's a two-fer post... two recipes in one! So simple, super tasty with a little spicy zing. It would be great on all sorts of things. And it's raw!
