This original recipe came from our CSA newsletter. I made a few simple changes in order to veganize it, and just because I like to add my own little flare.
This would be a lovely vegan main dish for the upcoming holidays... something a little different than tofurky... though I do love tofurky. Give it a try for a belly warming mid week meal too!
