This lovely and highly flavorful dish makes a fantastic side dish, paired with the Twice Baked Ginger Lime Sweet Potatoes I made a while back.
This dish would also make a lovely main, paired with a little brown rice and fresh green salad.
It's so simple and bursting with flavor and vitamins.
