On Thursday, April 23, 1998,
come meet
pet-theft activist Chris DeRose online!
To observe Lab Animal Liberation Week, Chris DeRose, founder of Last Chance for Animals (LCA), is coming online to answer questions and talk about a wide variety of issues surrounding the treatment of animals. The chat will take place on Thursday, April 23, 1998, at 7:00 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time).
Chris' non-profit organization, LCA, has organized many successful operations to document lab animal abuse, and he has helped investigate and bring criminal convictions against pet thieves who steal our cats and dogs to sell them for lab experimentaion at major universities and hospitals.
Once a highly-paid, major television star, Chris chucked it all to help save animals from fates much worse than death.
Chris is also a correspondent for Hard Copy and his television journalism has helped bring national attention to numerous cases of outrageous animal abuse.
If you haven't read Chris' book, In Your Face, pick up a copy today. Profits from the book go to his non-profit organization to fight animal abuse. Read about Chris and read a review of Chris' wonderful book here.
