Betty Crocker meets The Shannons
Had to get an account just so I could reply to this! I am so excited about this project. I have an old Joy of Cooking cookbook that belonged to my mother, and I used to think what a great idea to veganize everything.
I am cutting and pasting and printing everything out. Will post pics when I make anything. Thanks again for a great project and idea!

Without wishing to see the movie, I am hooked on the Betty Crocker Vegan concept. I am a believer. Hopefully your books in the future will have no need of speciesist terms. I am excited for you and for all of us who have dared to stretch our minds in a cruelty free direction - one day at a time.
