I am bummed to see a recipe on this site that uses goat or sheep's milk cheese.

Fresh, local goat cheese from goats who are treated like pets is my choice, on occassion. If you choose not, Vegan Gourmet cheese, as the recipe states, is also fantastic. I have had them both ways. Cheers!
