Your article reminds me of a news story I saw on national news the other evening. It was a story on the Gulf Coast oil spill and people still very much afraid of eating Gulf coast seafood because of fears of contamination and the seafood making them sick. Ironically, people are not fearful of putting a MacDonald's double cheese burger and fries, or a couple of doughnuts and a glass of milk into their bellies. It just goes to show that most people have no idea about the "safety" of their food choices, shunning "contaminated" seafood while embracing the SAD diet filled with sugar, salt, fat, and animal products which is killing people every day.

It is about time a celebrity host, such as Dr. Oz, is willing to let the truth be known and not bow down to the "powers that be"; the food, pharmaceutical and medical industries. The tide is turning!
I really enjoyed your post Walter, a fantastic job to go 7 days! I interned at True North Health Center, a water fasting facility in Santa Rosa, CA., last summer with Dr's Goldhamer, Klaper, and Sultana and learned so much about the process of water fasting. It impressed upon me the innate wisdom, and the incredible healing power of the body when we "do no harm" and allow it rest and repair. I have begun a water fast today :)
Thanks for the inspiration!
Connie

Sabrina, thanks for reminding us :) Yes, the women are just not out in the limelight like the men are. I appreciate everything you do - thank you so much for making this all possible! You are indeed so appreciated, as well as all the other brilliant women behind the scenes.
