Not very imaginative, I'm afraid - a little salt, a little pepper, a little earth balance spread, and a little something sweet (sugar or syrup or molasses or ...). Goes great with a glass of wine for supper!

I love grits. My favorite way to prepare them is with a little nutritional yeast, a dash of garlic powder, and some minced chives. What's yours?
I've never seen so many interesting, healthy and yummy looking variations of rice pudding. I must try these.
