I finished this book in 2 days. It was a great read. Basic and to the point. I loved that it not only used the information of the animal cruelty behind the vegan movement, but ALSO included the health benefits. I have been passing on all my books to friends who are interested in the vegan lifestyle but I haven't had one that addressess both concerns well. FOUND IT!
