I have been mostly vegan for 9 mo;s.I am off all diabetic meds,and have lowered my staten,I have lost 23 lbs, I had a TIA & Stroke 5 yrs. ago,I am doing great ,walking 3-4 miles most days, my Cardiologist says I am no longer considered a cardiac patient, my lab,work is amazing, I feel really good,and expect to loose another 10 lbs before the first of the year, We eat delicious food,and have a group of vegan friends to do pot luck with,
