Thank you for posting this! I don't have a TV so I wouldn't be able to see it otherwise. Unfortunately, this link doesn't seem to be working. It stopped playing halfway through. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!

I have a question about the CNN interview. Perhaps I ought to address it to Dr Gupta too.
In the show, the point (as I recall it) was made that essentially no fat nor oil are to be ingested. However, in a later show, Dr Gupta said (paraphrasing him):
"We are what we eat and, in the case of our brain (that is mostly fat) this is especially true."
Can anyone comment on this. Did he mean to be telling us that we do need to eat fat? Perhaps I was only listening to what I wanted to hear!
What do we do about getting our omega3 oil?
