100% agree with this article. Reading Dr Caldwell Esselstyn's book. I know what he says make sense. Right now I'm at the stage of "Easier said than done". Struggling with focusing on healthy food only. I know it can be done... just need to take baby steps towards giant ones ;)

@ Musika: The more you learn, the easier it gets. Get Jeff Novick's dvds & the healthy Lifestyle dvds & read The China Study & Skinny Bastard, a Dr John McDougall book, a Dr Joel Furhman book. All of these will set you in the right direction w/no looking back. The sooner & more fully you do it, the sooner you'll reap the rewards. :-)
