Absolutely fabulous. Can't wait to watch. The message is spreading across the country, and folks are understanding the healing and health benefits of plant based foods.
Texas and California offer many veg choices. Wish some veggie folks out there would come to Cape Cod and open up some establishments. We're slow to move in this area. Cape Codders love their fried fish, rich, cream filled chowder and lots of fried. Yuck!
So congrats and healthy eating everyone!

I think that the show is good promotion because it made me want to eat that way... and I already do! LOL
It's wonderful how many fully-vegan restaurants there are now. I've been eating vegan for over 25 years, and the increased popularity in just that small window is very hearting... on all levels!
