I have a question that has nothing to do with dairy or maybe it does. I'm 47 years old and i have a problem with high blood pressure. I gave up beef and pork but still eat chicken. Will becoming a vegan help me with my problem? Thanks.
BTW, I love this website.
CJ have no fear, becoming a vegan will without doubt help reduce your blood pressure!
"...contrary to common belief, chicken has as much cholesterol as beef and is therefore, not a healthy food to consume. Thus, if you want to take care of your health, then a vegan diet is the best option for you."
