I love grits. My favorite way to prepare them is with a little nutritional yeast, a dash of garlic powder, and some minced chives. What's yours?

Omygosh! I am a child of the south, but I grew up on grits, not rice pudding. I can't wait to try every variation. Thanks so much for sharing!

Not very imaginative, I'm afraid - a little salt, a little pepper, a little earth balance spread, and a little something sweet (sugar or syrup or molasses or ...). Goes great with a glass of wine for supper!
