So I've been looking at your website for years now and made some veggie meals but I never did more then that . A few weeks ago I saw the engine 2diet on your site So I bought the book. Love it. So my 19 year old daughter and I decided to go vegan . It's been 1 week now and we are doing good. My husband who said make what I want and he will eat what ever and if he don't like it he will run out and grab a burger has been very happy with the meals. My 11 year old son is a different story but I just keep giving him the fruit and veggies that he likes along with the food he is use to and hope that he will come around. Thank you so much for your great web site . It is helping so much with our life change for the better
