So glad you enjoyed bun in the oven! There are so many misconceptions out there about pregnancy, about how much protein we need and where to get the protein. The truth is, we not only eat TOO much protein in USA, but we eat the kind of protein from animals which comes with heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity, auto immune diseases, etc. So go with what Rory and Kim say.plant based protein...a great source without the baggage!
