The Whole Health Makeover Program is a two-day seminar brought to you by the leading experts in the field of nutritional medicine.  Come enjoy listening to lectures about the current state of our declining health, food addiction, and our dependence on medication and supplements; while learning about how to debunk the myths responsible for these problems and the scientifically-supported techniques to avoid them.  In between the lectures, the world-renowned Chef AJ will whip up some of her delectable dishes and provide plenty of samples to keep you energized and satisfied throughout the day.

Drs. Alona Pulde and Matthew Lederman are licensed medical physicians practicing nutrition and lifestyle medicine at their Exsalus Health & Wellness Center in Los Angeles, California. They have participated in projects such as lecturing for the Cornell's Certificate Program in Plant Based Nutrition, films such as Healing Cancer and Forks Over Knives (in which they are the physicians treating the patients followed in the film), and working with John McDougall, MD seeing patients at some of his 10-day live-in programs. They are also the authors of the book "Keep It Simple, Keep It Whole: Your Guide to Optimum Health" which has received many rave reviews from nutritional experts including John McDougall, MD, T. Colin Campbell, PhD, Caldwell Esselstyn, MD and Joel Fuhrman, MD. 

Chef AJ is the Executive Pastry Chef at Sante Restaurant where she creates Vegan and Raw Desserts without sugar, oil or salt.  She has followed a plant based diet for over 32 years and is a consulting chef for Exsalus Health & Wellness Center, teaching people how to incorporate more fresh fruits and vegetables in their diet in ways that are easy, delicious and fun.

Julieanna Hever, M.S., R.D., C.P.T. is known as the Plant-Based Dietitian as she counsels, lectures and write about the miracles of plant-based, whole food nutrition.  She is also an instructor for Dr. T. Colin Campbell's eCornell Plant-Based Certification Program and consults for the Ventura County Unified School District, Topanga Training and Fitness, and Sage Integrative Medical Center in Encino.

It`s a good incentive to the US to make this day as nowadays people tend not to eat healthy at all.
