Lara Bars are a great snack.  Many are made from just fruit and nuts.  But did you know you can make your own in minutes for a fraction of the cost?  Some of the newer Lara Bar flavors have sugar, salt and even coconut oil.  These little gems have just 4 ingredients, peanuts, cherries dates and vanilla.  It tastes like a PB & J sandwhich but without the bread (or gluten).  Enjoy!
