For those of you who live in the Los Angeles area, I will be teaching a free Culinary class at the Whole Foods Market on National Blvd. on Wednesday, July 7th at 6:30pm. The subject of the class is "How To Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth Without Sugar" and I will be making raw and raw vegan desserts sweetened only with dates. I work as a vegan pastry chef at Sante so this is my passion.

If you live closer to the San Gabriel Valley I am also teaching a whole food plant based cooking class at The Whole Foods Market in Pasadena on Arroyo on Wednesday, June 30th at 6:00pm. All of my recipes are whole food/plant based free of sugar, salt and oil.
