Seborrheic dermatitis is my problem. But now it healed really nice and I believe that I'm only 2-3 months from a complete healing. But I had to resort to a plant based diet with no animal products whatsoever and processed foods because I got sporadic flare ups of my problem.

Also no alcohol, chocolate and icecream. In short nothing processed by humans, only natural, plant based food.
