About Us

The Center for Parental Choice is a coalition of parents, teachers, pediatricians, psychologists, dentists and children who seek to have parental and personal rights respected in US schools and universities.

Children have a right to have healthy meals and snacks in their schools. And parents have a right to demand that.We seek to have parental authority restored to our public and private institutions. And we teach people how to accomplish this goal.

We are NOT against junk food. There can be a time and place for that, and junk food can be fun.But parents should be able to make a choice as to when or where our children can consume such items. The school is not the appropriate entity to make that choice for us.

The Center for Parental Choice is on the front lines of protecting our children from being bombarded with JUNK!

There are those anti-choice individuals and companies who believe that their bottom line is more important than the welfare of our children. We disagree! There is nothing more important than our children. As parents we reject the conduct of universities which condone and/or turn a blind eye to rampant alcohol abuse in underage students on their campuses.

We choose life for our kids: not death by alcohol-poisoning -- an all too frequent and tragic phenomena in universities these days.

Who do we want to make decisions for our kids? The government? The schools? Food and beverage corporations? Tobacco companies and their lobbyists?

NO! We do!

Together as parents, we're powerful. And we're not going to take it anymore -- the junk, that is.
