VIDEO: How schools stifle creativity

Sir Ken Robinson, Ph.D, an expert in creativity, innovation
and human resources, gave this popular talk at the
TED conference in 2006.

Robinson makes an entertaining and profoundly moving
case for creating an education system that nurtures (rather
than undermines) creativity:

This talk hits home because we made the decision this year
to allow our 16-year-old daughters to attend school through
the Internet, at home. This way they can pursue their creative
passion, which is to study ballet full time.

Buy Sir Ken's book on Amazon (this is the book he
mentions in his talk -- "Epiphany" which has been retitled):
"The Element: How Finding Your Passion Changes Everything"
