Last week we were lucky enough to receive a lovely New Year's gift from our friends at PCRM (after we tasted the gift, we asked them to please tell the other sites we host that we will not refuse vegan cheesecakes should they choose to send us some).

My oh my what a tasty surprise this was...fresh from Delicious Choices (http://deliciouschoices.com/) in Lincoln, NE, was a box filled with delight. Delicious Choices is aptly named, as their vegan cheesecakes are among the most delicious desserts we have ever tasted. Ever!

PCRM sent us the Sampler, which contains six decadent flavors -- Key lime, Chocolate, Creamy, New York, Chocolate Marble, and a Light Swirl. The Chocolate Marble (pictured below) was particularly interesting (but only if you enjoy consuming the best chocolate dessert you'd ever care to experience -- and with none of the cholesterol and a fraction of the fat the traditional dairy based cheesecake sports).

--We'd like to see them available in stores, so you might want to consider requesting that your local health food store or market carry these gourmet marvels.
