Ok, the first thing to do is NOT give it milk. milk is incredibly bad for mice. if it is however a baby, give it puppy milk not cat milk.

Secondly, give it some time, and help it to its feet. It very well could be scared, and so, playing dead. After it calms down, it will move again.

Finally, if you are going to keep it, get something for it to climb on, so it has something to do. Otherwise it may become violent or go crazy.

I know this because I have had my field mouse for about 3 months now, and she really enjoys it here, so friendly.
