that happend to my betta fish!!! does your fish have little spots on him cause thats called "ick" you have to get to the store and quickly to get ick remover just ask a helper and they will tell you were to find it, do this quick i went to the store to get that for my fish and i came home and he was already dead!!!!! make sure after you clear up his ick clean the tank then keep adding ick guard after you clean the tank to keep it from coming back!! hope this helps!!! tell me if it does!!!!!
