Your beta fish has fin rot and that is a serious disease. My son's first beta fish had it and it caused the fish a lot of distress and it had stop eating. Fin rot is caused by the fish being distressed. Go to the pet store they have medications that will help regrow the fin if it is not to late. Also look on the net for information about fin rot and see if that will help you. Good Luck. I know for me it was a awful experience to see my son's fish lose all it fins. We got a second one and now I know what to look out for if I see the same signs of his fins detorating.
