Please Help me. My son received 2 beta fish for his birthday last December. Two weeks ago Blue died. I thought it was tail rot but now Dora our other fish is acting funny. She keeps her head up to the surface and bobs her nose out of the water like she needs air (??) She doesn't swim much at all. I hate to see the fish struggle. I do not know what to do. Just a few minutes ago she was lying on her side. I tape the fish bowl and she went back up to the top bobbing her head. HELP.
