well one is probably a female and its not a disease. If the eggs are in a bubble nest at the top of the tank then you definitely have a male and female betta. Well if you see white dots in the bubbles! But what you do is different cause you have to wait a few weeks or so (not sure how long it is anymore) and soon you'll have lil baby bettas swimming around the tank :P. But be careful the male will take care of the eggs and the female will try to eat them!
