Subject:	Betta fish HELP

Hello I have been serching the web for some answers to a betta ?, haven't had much luck, stumbled across this discussion board. I hope someone out there can help me.
I just got 3 male betta fish the saleslady at pet smart said to change their water once a week and to feed them 1 to 2 pellets of a floating betta food 1 to 2 times a day (uneaten food would sink to bottom creating a poison killing the fish). They did fine the first week. This weekend I changed their water and added some gravel and a small plant to each bowl. Now 2 of them aren't eating. With them not eating I am worried about this poison thing.
