Usually 24 hours tell much -- and like I said SOMETIMES they work themselves thru. but frankly, don't let that little gal out without you being attached to her leash for the next 48 hours or so simply because otherwise they can keep you SO guessing you'll go nuts. Back years ago when Muffin (who wasn't even "the Intrepid" THEN) ate that Vellux blanket he had me attached to a 6' leash for DAYS until I figgered that all those tiny little one-peach-colored-foam-and-polyester BITS had actually come out and weren't hanging around to cause problems. I fully recall that "MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM PUH_LEEEESEE give me some privacy!!!!!! Can't you go drink COFFEE or something????" look, and I told him repeatedly "THINK about this the next time you are tempted to eat a BLANKET!!!!!"
