My 8 mo. old Ridgeback was given the pro heart shot Mon. afternoon and Mon. evening we had to rush her to a pet emergency clinic with an allergic reaction. Her face swelled up so much her eyes were swollen shut and her front legs were swollen up and she had hives all over her body. Had we not been home, I believe she could have died. It seems we are looking for a new vet as mine didn't even have the time to look at her yesterday when I went in to show her what happened.
